The service is designed for all-mobile calls – mobile-originated calls to mobile numbers. When inbound roamers log onto your network, they receive a Welcome SMS inviting them to inform their contacts who also are logged onto your network about the service.Callers to inbound roamers have two convenient ways to ensure their calls are routed through our optimal routing platform and connected directly to roamers, bypassing the IDD paths in roamers’ home networks:
- Two-step request: A user can call a service number (e.g. #333), and one of our agents connects the call to another roamer or local number.
- Direct request: The user can dial direct to another roamer or local number by adding a short prefix to the dialed number (e.g. #333 ).
Either way, your network becomes the place for major savings for mobile-originated calls to inbound roamers.
